The Villa is located in the town of Kolan on the island of Pag, 65 km north of the historic city of Zadar, which always fascinates with its intimate old town and the sounds of the world-famous sea organ, which evokes the beautiful melodies of the sea waves every day. You must hear them and enjoy them at least once in your life.

The Villa is located in a quiet part of the island, which is characterized by a fascinating lunar landscape in the north in contrast with the blue sea and a completely different landscape with lush vegetation on the south side of the island. It offers literally everything at your fingertips. You can choose between visits to the island's most beautiful beaches, historic towns and hidden markets, entertainment and the balmy rest in peace you need.

The Villa welcomes you with the soul of old stones and historic olive trees, which our family have assembled over the decades as the most precious pieces of lace into a beautiful timeless Villa. In its interior, you will feel the friendliness, homeliness and peace of the soul, which we breathed into every detail of the subtle architecture. The courtyard is also characterized by a sophisticated style and a green garden with a swimming pool, which harmoniously integrates into the surrounding landscape and features of the small town.

The panoramic sea view, many corners in the Villa and outside among the old stones embraced by the energy of old olive trees, are a guarantee for complete pleasure and relaxation while swimming in the pool or in the sea on one of the beautiful beaches nearby. A homely feeling that will surely overwhelm you also awaits you in the shade of the summer kitchen and under the umbrellas next to the beautiful pool, where you can enjoy a massage and pearl bath. Under the old olive trees, you can drink your favorite drink, wait for the beautiful sunsets and have the best sheep's cheese in the world, which the locals produce on the island, for dinner. Homemade wine and olives will enchant you even more together with a delicious cheese.For exceptional moments in the Villa, the interior materials and decors were also carefully selected. Even more. The oldest island tradition on the island is the Paška Čipka, which is embroidered by local women. In the same way, stone by stone, the Villa was created. It was created with so much inspiration and respect that you will definitely feel it as soon as you enter the spacious courtyard, which will overwhelm you with the perfumed scents of rosemary, lavender, citrus and other Mediterranean plants.

After more than two decades, when we started to creat Vila with attention to every detail, from floor to ceiling, we gave it the name Stone Lace, because it simply cannot be anything other than precious lace, and that of stone.
